Members and moderation

Removing people, pinning, closing rooms.

You own the room. Here's what that means in practice.

Removing someone

Studio → your space → Members. Removing ends their access and stops their renewals. It doesn't take back anything they bought — that's their money.

Why members can't delete their own messages

Only you and your mods can remove anything. That's deliberate: a room where anyone can erase their own side of a conversation is a room where a scam is untraceable. Someone pitches a fake deal, takes the money, deletes the evidence, and you've got nothing to show anyone.

Pinning

Pin one message to the top of a room. One at a time — a pin competing with three others pins nothing.

Room modes

The AI guard watches a paid space and removes people who spam or abuse it after three warnings. It costs 5% extra while it's on. Links and phone numbers never count as strikes — those are house rules, not misconduct.

Mods

Make a trusted member a mod and they can pin, remove messages and remove people. They can't touch your money or your settings.
