What that covers

What we don't charge
- Nothing monthly
- Nothing to open a space or keep it
- No listing fees, no upload fees
- No plan to upgrade to — there's one rate and you're on it
The one exception: switching on the AI guard adds 5% on that
space's earnings while it's on. You choose it, you can switch it off, and your
rate goes back the same day. Every charge is itemised in your wallet.
On refunds
If you refund someone, our 10% comes back too. Keeping a fee on a transaction that didn't happen would be indefensible.
Card charges
Our 10% is what Chumo takes. Your payment provider's own charge is separate and comes out before we see it — that's normal and it's the same wherever you sell.
